Objective:
In order to increase quality and quantity of seed production, to establish
genetic seed orchards (1.5 generation seed orchards) by determining breeding
values of plus trees.
Activities:
Cones from 360 plus trees were collected and seeds were sown in 2000 for
the progeny trial to be established in 2001.
