Objective:
Nordmann’s fir and Taurus cedar seeds are exported in large quantities.
Since germination tests take long time, Tetrazolium test is used for determination
of germination capacity. In this project, we aim to test the reliability
of Tetrazolium test in these species’ seeds.
Activities:
First year results were obtained and Tetrazolium and germination tests
are still going on. Research will be completed and published at the end
of the year.
